Inventory of the cultural and landscape heritage
Research is aimed at acknowledging cultural properties, single or complex mineral and/or vegetable artefacts, their quantitative and qualitative classification; these data may be useful to support the protection and enhancement policies of the historic cultural heritage carried out by the institutions in charge of the territory (municipalities, provinces, regions, territorial parks etc…)
The tasks involve: preparing schedules for census in compliance with national and regional regulations; conducting census; organizing data and processing them in a geo-referenced format; directing protection policies; conserving materials, identifying suitable uses, defining enhancement and management policies (with a focus on the relations with the context), drawing up management policies and plans.
In particular the census of gardens and of historic vegetal architectures with a focus on the relations with the landscape context have been deeply studied and tested.
